Put the water in a pot and bring it to a boiling point. Then, add the ginger and decrease the heat to medium-low. Leave the ginger in the water for approximately 5 minutes.

Then, put the pot away from the heat and using a kitchen strainer, strain it. When serving this drink, combine 3 parts of sparkling water and 1 part of ginger water. You can also put some ice cubes. In order to improve its taste, add some lime juice or raw honey to your Ale.
