The Dangers And Results Of Too Much Sitting!

Working on the PC for hours every night is a health risk and real damage too. 50-70 % of the people in US are affected by this issue.

All the statistics say that 80% of the people in the US use the internet daily.

Due to the long time in front of the PC and bad sitting posture, 40% of patients have problems with their backs.

Many people are limited to their chairs and computers for at least 8 hours per day. This is especially big issue for teenagers and children that develop damaged spines and have scoliosis and kyphosis. You get bigger risk of damaged spine, neck and joints if you sit 2 hours or more in front of your screen. Children under 12 years must avoid sitting in front of their PCs or TV more than 2 hours per day.
