The recipe for turmeric tea which includes other incredible ingredients as well:

  • Freshly grated turmeric root- 2 tablespoons or ground turmeric- heaped teaspoon
  • Water- 4 cups
  • Honey and lemon to taste
  • Ginger- optional

Preparation:

First, boil the water and when it reaches boiling point, add the turmeric. Boil it for about 15 to 20 minutes if you are using freshly grated turmeric.

Strain it, add the honey and the lemon and enjoy.
