Instructions:

-         Bake the cookies in oven at 350F for 10 min

-         Let them cool down for 10 min

-         Place the olive oil and half the almonds to a blender and mix well

-         Finally, add a pinch of sea salt and the remaining almonds and mix until you get homogenous texture.
