Low Carb Bulletproof Bread Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Grass fed butter (to grease the pan)
- Half cup grass-fed Bulletproof Whey Protein
- 6 pastured eggs (separated)
Preparation:
The first thing you should do is to preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Butter a loaf dish/pan with the butter. Remove the egg yolks from the eggs and then beat the whites until the peaks are very stiff.
Add the 6yolks and a half cup of Bulletproof Why Protein and mix gently on low with a hand mixer. The batter will be fluffy.
The next thing you should do is to pour batter into the dish and then place in the oven. Let it bake for 40 min, remove it and let it cool totally. Slice and serve the bread once it is cooled.
