The most important health benefits of kamias are the following:

1.TOOTHACHE TREATMENT

You should simply crush the fruit and place it on the affected tooth. It works far better than any pain killer.

2.MUSCLE STIFFNESS

Make a mixture between some vinegar, 15 grains of peppercorns, 10 grains of cloves, 1 grain of kaimas fruit and a handful of kaimas leaves. Apply it on the affected muscle when the ingredients soften.

3.RHEUMATISM

Crush 1 grain and a handful of kaimas leaves until smooth. Combine it with some water and apply it on the affected part of the body 2-3 times per day.

4.THRUSH TREATMENT

Due to its acidic substances, this fruit effectively treats thrush. Place some crushed kamias on the affected part of the body.

5.ACNE

The presence of acidic substances makes it excellent against acne. Apply crushed kamias on your acne, let it act for a few minutes and then wash it off.

6.DIEBAETS

7.COUGH TREATMENT

Get rid of cough by mixing some sugar, water, 3 grains of kamias and few grains of fennel. Let it boil and the steam it for a few hours. Divide the resulting mixture in 2 parts and consume them in the morning when you wake up and 30 min before go to sleep!
