Recipe:

  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp active dry yeast
  • 7 ½ cups filtered water
  • Brown sugar to desired taste
  • 1 ½ ounces grated ginger

Instructions:

-        Heat up ½ cup of water on the stove and then add the sugar and ginger. Remove from heat, cover and let it steep for 60 min

-        Strain the mixture and let it cool down

-        Transfer the liquid in a 2 liter bottle and then add the yeast, water and lemon juice

-        Shake it gently

-        Check the carbonation levels after 48h. Store it in the refrigerator
